These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and VenusBet ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the VenusBet platform, including the website available at https://venusbet.lat, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services offered by VenusBet from time to time (collectively, the "Platform").

Participation on the VenusBet Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
VenusBet operates a strict 21+ only policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from underage play withheld. Real Money deposits will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and making withdrawals, you must complete the VenusBet account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and phone number.
Each individual person may register only one Account on VenusBet. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where multi-accounting is detected, VenusBet reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. VenusBet will never request your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately. VenusBet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
You warrant that all information provided at registration and during subsequent use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
VenusBet accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) covering all major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Funds Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively in MYR to a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification. Players must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport). KYC review is typically completed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. VenusBet may request additional documentation where required.
Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended, or declined where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met; (c) the Player's daily or VIP-tier withdrawal limit has been reached; (d) the Account is subject to an ongoing security review or fraud investigation; or (e) the withdrawal request would breach any applicable regulatory requirement.
VenusBet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published at the time of the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All bets placed on the VenusBet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game, as published on the Platform. The general principles below apply across all betting products.
A bet is only confirmed and accepted once you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical interruption, insufficient balance, or market suspension are void and any stake is returned.
VenusBet reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that was published in error ("palpable error"), including odds resulting from a data feed failure, system error, or human input mistake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes returned accordingly.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. VenusBet does not guarantee the availability of any in-play market and reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time. Accepted in-play bets will stand unless voided under clause 8.2 or the applicable sport-specific rules.
VenusBet applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport, event type, and VIP tier. Current limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and updated periodically.
The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
VenusBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account has been involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity; (c) continued operation of the Account would violate applicable law or regulatory guidance; or (d) the Player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, VenusBet reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings that were derived from prohibited conduct. Real Money Funds that are not subject to any dispute or investigation will be returned to the Player via the original payment method where technically feasible.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Players exercising voluntary closure in the absence of any breach are entitled to the return of any remaining Real Money Balance after satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
All content published on the VenusBet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of VenusBet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of VenusBet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VenusBet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
VenusBet does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis, that all functions will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specific time frame. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. VenusBet will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance via on-platform notification.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit VenusBet's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Any dispute between a Player and VenusBet that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by VenusBet from time to time. Nothing in this clause shall preclude either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
